It is also important to know when an aid is needed and how to use it!

We have made a specialty in fitting pillows, having a large range in stock and trial pillows available to take home to try on your own bed.

OBUSFORME Back Supports
Imported from Canada, these versatile orhopeadic braces/upright supports are designed to provide you with relief from back pain throughout the day…at home, in your car or at the office.
The head extension of the high-back model provides extra protection to reduce whiplash related problems. Ideal for truck drivers and drivers of all types of vehicles.

Back braces
Back braces are being used more commonly to provide support and strength, as well as an aid to maintain correct posture during heavy manual labor.
It is important you use the correct size and that the support reinforces the natural arch of the low back for maximum strength.

Physio Balls
The fitball, (also known as swiss ball or exercise ball) has been used by physiotherapists for more than twenty years as part of their routine therapeutic and conditioning programs. They are now common in many gyms and health clubs and as an alternative to the standard office chair in the workplace.
The fitball can be used to provide postural breaks and a chance to undertake some mobilization /stretches for your back whilst you are working at the computer.

Pillows
A comfortable night’s sleep depends on many things, most importantly a good pillow which supports the natural shape of the neck is essential.
We stock a large range of pillows designed to support all shapes of necks from children to adult sizes.
Our staff can fit you with the right pillow, we also offer a loan service allowing you to take the pillow home.

Hot & Cold Packs
Applying heat or cold to an injury at the right time can make a big difference to the treatment results.
Having an ice pack in the freezer at home handy to use as soon as you injure an area can shorten the treatment period considerably.
Our packs can be heated or frozen depending on your need.
The Boo-Boo packs are very popular with kids when more than a band-aid is needed!
